A private vocational training institute born inside a chartered accountancy practice, and which has never stopped referring back to it.
Our story
Two chartered accountants, one conviction.
Founded in 2021 by two qualified chartered accountants — seasoned trainers and committed practitioners — SUP'MANAGEMENT INTELLIGENTSIA is a private vocational training institute. Working with the firms 2M Intelligentsia, CECA Sarl and CMG, SMI positions itself as a reference in training for economics, management and computing.
After a first phase (2021-2025) devoted to setting up, consolidating its academic offering and rooting itself in the national ecosystem, the 2026-2030 strategic plan marks a decisive step: moving from emerging institute to regional reference.

A word from the Managing Director
SUP'MANAGEMENT INTELLIGENTSIA was born in 2021 from a conviction held by two chartered accountants: high-level vocational training must be available beyond Dakar. That conviction still underpins everything we do.

We train in accounting, management and IT with one objective: skills that work on the job market from day one, beyond the certificate itself.
For parents
Choosing an institute commits a child's future. Our governance, our partnerships with established firms and companies, and our accreditation process with ANAQ-Sup, CAMES and 3FPT are the guarantee.
For professionals and companies
Beyond initial training, we are building a continuing education and technical capacity-building offering — bespoke modules, on site, online or blended, designed from real needs.
For the higher education ecosystem
Our 2026-2030 strategic plan sets a precise course: national and international accreditation, an applied research centre, a digital campus. The ambition is clear: to make SMI a reference in vocational training across West Africa.
We carry that ambition with the same rigour and the same sincerity as on the first day.
