Making an organisation work, not just talking about it.
A small Thiès business, an NGO, a local authority and a large group are not run the same way. This discipline trains managers who can read a real organisation — its flows, its people, its cash constraints — and make decisions that hold. Cases come from the regional economy, and every cohort carries out at least one immersion assignment.
